Instructions
- To upload your document(s)
- Select the financial aid year in the drop down
- Click "Browse"
- Browse your device for your document
- Double click or select the file and click "Open" to add the document
- Click "Upload File"
- If needed, repeat steps 2-6 as needed to add an additional document
- Read and click "Next" to electronically certify and sign this electronic form and
- Read the electronic signature information, type in your name and click "Submit"
*If a file has been uploaded, you will see "Delete File" next to the uploaded document's name.
